Return Policy

We accept returns of goods/products that our company or our partners ship to you within 20 days of delivery by post.

The products should not be damaged and the shipping costs to our business/our partners address should be partially covered by you if the shipped package is over 2 kilograms.

We accept back only unused or slightly used products.

We have a minimum 5 Euros charge for covering re-production costs, per item, for defective products.

Exceptions apply.

We do not accept returns/refunds of digital products and services or refunds for subscriptions and consulting services you have bought through our e-shop.

For Consulting Services the terms and conditions of contracting agreements apply.
